aww.. isn't she cute?.. not the dog.. I meant ME!!

lol kidding.. of course I meant the dog! .. but those pics were only taken when she was about 2 mos. old. So she's a lot bigger now. She knows so many tricks like: sit, laydown, jump, shake (and she knows when I a say left "kaliwa" and right "kanan") sit and stay.

I thought her special tricks like whenever we feed her, she has to stay at a corner and wait until all of the food was pured into her ball. When it's done, we would say "get it" and then she'll eat.. smart huh?.

also, whenever we would play with her toys. I would say "sit" then throw the ball BUT!! .. she won't get it until I say "GET!!" .. even if she has to wait for minuites she HAVE to.

there's this also a game (which I learned from watching youtube vids about pets) called find it!

the rules are:

1.) get a treat or your dog's favorite chew toy (mine is a chewtoy) and show it to your dog.

2.) make your dog hide behind somehing (e.g door)

3.) 1st timers: hide it next to the door (where the dog could find it easily)

4.) when he/she finds it, give him/her a treat and lots of praise.

5.) repeat step 3 for a no. of times.

6.) make the hiding spot a little harder.. then harder..then harder

this game will help enhance the mental skills of your dog.

I did it with Gaixa. and GOSH!! she's so good.. she is really having fun with the game. Until came to the point where she goes behind the door w/o anyone instructing her so that I could hide her toy.. She is SO smart :) whenever I open the door she really looks for the toy, on the sofa, under the fridge, on the tables, and even hard places like on the computer table. She still manages to find it.. gosh I love my dog so so much :)
